Educational Resources
Tip of the month: Working with the plié
- Imagine pulling the tail under by lifting from the front of the abdominal muscles instead of squeezing the gluteal muscles.
- Relax the hip muscles on the plié descent instead of forcing the knees to turn out more.
- Imagine pulling the sits bones in toward each other on the ascent of the plié instead of gripping or tucking the pelvis.

How knowledgeable Nate was about my knee condition and how he explained my problem. The exercises he assigned worked wonders and my knee hasn't felt this good in months. He was also nice enough to answer questions about other minor issues. Scheduling was easy and if I needed to change an appointment, they were very flexible.
