After dealing with injuries in my foot that took me out of my senior year of cross country I was crushed. However, with the equipment at OSR I had the ability to continue to run, despite my injuries, using the Alter-G treadmill ~ Jenna

Running-specific physical therapy involves an individualized plan created from consideration of:

• Sports medicine literature
• Individual video gait analysis
• Physical Therapy assessment of injury & muscle imbalances
• Interaction of shoe type, muscle imbalances, and running technique
• Training & competition schedule
• Collaboration with athletes and their parents & coaches
• Use of Alter-G (Anti-gravity treadmill) for early technique retraining and conditioning
