ACL Injury Prevention
OSR Physical Therapy is a SportsmetricsTM certified clinic. Our providers have gone through an intensive course to become certified in instructing proper form and jump training.
Our Physical Therapists and Athletic Trainers are committed to keeping Athletes on the field throughout their entire season. Female athletes are 10 times more likely to tear their ACL in a non-contact injury than their male counterparts. In our SportsmetricsTM program, we provide video analysis of dynamic movements performed in sports competition in order to identify and correct faulty movement patterns that lead to injury.
2018 Summer Course Offerings We also provide training programs on a team basis with special rates available for larger groups pursuing injury prevention.

Our Performance Enhancement & Prevention Program is based on the latest research to help athletes of all ages gain the following through neuromuscular re-education and agility training:
- Body control
- ACL Injury prevention
Our evidence-based program consists of:
- 60 min sessions, 2x/week for 6 weeks
- Training by a SportsmetricsTM Certified provider with close supervision for correct mechanics with jumping and agility drills
- Pre and post-testing & video analysis of lower extremity mechanics so that you can see your measurable progress
Our injury prevention sports performance services are not covered by insurance.
